Many factors contribute the creation of a new entity. In this case it was the questions I was asking myself, questions I couldn't answer. These questions led me to further my education. My educations has led me to even more questions and to wonderful people who are also asking questions. Diversity Studies in intended to be a virtual space where all legitimate questions concerning collaborative human endeavors can be explored.
